The iced coffee is nice and modern. The seats could be a little bigger for tall people (🤭). The ice cream was delicious and the service was friendly. The menu can be displayed on the mobile phone using a QR code.

Very nice little ice cream parlor with very tasty ice cream, cakes, etc. It's just a shame that there is sometimes only one employee who has to take care of everything on her own. The service of the guests, ice cream counter and kitchen. Then there are long waiting times. The friendliness of the staff makes up for the waiting time

I have seldom been treated so rude and condescending, especially not in the current situation. As a consequence, I continued to drive for 5 minutes and was treated very kindly and attentively, got the same order that I had bought a few days earlier in Claudia's ice cream parlor for almost € 10 cheaper. In addition, the portions were a lot bigger and the ice cream, even the cream, a lot tastier. It's a shame that there are such differences, I'll definitely be happy to take the 5-minute longer journey in the future. Conclusion: I will never enter this ice cream parlor again and I will advise everyone against doing this.

Delicious ice cream that you can enjoy on the beautiful terrace without street noise.

Seldom experienced such bad service. We had to wait over an hour for a cup of coffee and an ice cream sundae. We sat with seven other people in the interior, guests on the terrace were served faster. We only award one point for the good taste of the ice cream. We will not visit this cafe again.

The perfect stop on a motorcycle tour through the Lüneburg Heath - shady terrace, very friendly staff, clean toilets and goodies at extremely fair prices! There is great homemade ice cream and cakes, crepes, warm and cold refreshments ... Simply recommended!

Super delicious ice cream and cake are available here. A cozy terrace invites you to feast and the super nice service completes the visit! Our mopeds had space for parking ... we will definitely be back !!!
